Copper Hound Leather offers a range of leather goods, including but not limited to dog collars, wallets, belts, etc. All products are subject to availability, and the Copper Hound Leather reserves the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.
**3. Dog Collars:**
Dog collars sold by the Copper Hound Leather are intended for display purposes only. It is strongly recommended to use these collars in conjunction with a secure harness to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. Copper Hound Leather is not responsible for any pet loss, injuries, or damages resulting from the misuse or improper use of our dog collars. Each collar comes with a care and use card as a reminder.
**4. Ordering and Payment**
a. To place an order, you must provide accurate and current information, including your name, phone, email address, and shipping address. Copper Hound Leather reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
b. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of order placement. The other 50% payment is required at when the product is finished and prior to shipping. Currently, Copper Hound Leather accepts Venmo, Paypal (sent via invoice to your email), Zelle or Cash.
**5. Shipping and Delivery**
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the pre-order process. Copper Hound Leather is not responsible for any delays or damages during shipping that are beyond our control. Shipping Insurance is available for an additional cost.
**6. Returns and Exchanges**
Copper Hound Leather accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date or delivery date (whichever date the product ends up in your hands). Returned and exchanged products must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged goods: If a product gets damaged within the first week, Copper Hound Leather will either replace or refund your item. Adhering to the care card will ensure the longest life of your product.
**7. Customer Behavior**
Customers who engage in unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws will be subject appropriate action, including blocking customer accounts, in response to such behavior.
**8. Financial Transactions and Service Withdrawal**
Copper Hound Leather reserves the right to withdraw or cancel services, and financial transactions at its discretion.
**9. Intellectual Property**
a. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Copper Hound Leather/Catherine Goldman and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

a. We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later). To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
b. Custom orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been personalized or specially made to order.
**2. Dog Collars Usage**
a. Our dog collars are designed with your pet's style in mind. While they add a touch of flair, we strongly recommend using them in conjunction with a secure harness for your pet's safety. Damage caused by pulling or any other misuse of the dog collars is not covered under our Returns and Refund Policy.
**3. Process for Returns and Refunds**
a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at copperhoundleather@gmail.com within the eligible timeframe. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return (reason for return/refund, date of damage, type of damage, etc).
b. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
c. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
d. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment or make and ship a replacement. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
**4. Damaged or Defective Items**
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
